Behaviour and Attitudes
Maintain high expectations for behaviour, independence, and resilience.
Refine systems to monitor behaviour patterns and support pupils effectively
Personal Development
Broaden enrichment, enterprise, and leadership opportunities.
Strengthen pupils’ character, resilience, and cultural capital to prepare them for secondary school and beyond
Leadership and Management
Strengthen governance to provide sharper monitoring and strategic challenge.
Build leadership capacity at all levels, with middle leaders driving sustained improvement.
Deepen collaboration with local schools and trusts to enhance provision.
Early Years
Further improve provision by raising challenge, especially for more able pupils.
Strengthen communication, language, and assessment practices to secure strong foundations.
Partnership Working
We believe in working collaboratively with local schools for the benefit of all children and young people in our town. Our teachers and leaders continue to work with the other schools in our MAT, sharing our expertise and developing improvements with the other schools.
