Celebration Assembly

Today we celebrated our achievements of the past term.  We started with a special presentation from the Hate Crime Partnership.  Year 5 had entered  a Hate Crime poster competition back in October to coincide with their awareness week.  Three children were awarded for their posters with Alex receiving a £25 Amazon voucher.  Well done to you all.

We then celebrated the following certificates:

  • awarded 64 pupils with their 100% attendance certificates
  • awarded 25 staff with their 100% attendance certificates
  • awarded the House cup to Moore for achieving 97.99% attendance over the term
  • awarded the House cup to Barnard for collecting the most tokens
  • awarded the weekly Class attendance to Year 6
  • Numbots trophy was awarded to Alba in Reception
  • Rockstarts trophy was awarded to Year 3 for the most progress

We said goodbye to  two members of staff who are leaving us for ventures new with both being presented with cards and gifts from the classes and staff.  We wish them both every success for the future.

We finished the assembly with a special treat for the children which was performed by our staff.  As you can hear, the children were thrilled and joined in.
