Compliments, Concerns & Complaints
If parents or members of the local community have a compliment, concern or complaint, we would like them to tell us about it. Concerns should be communicated to the school as soon as possible so that we can investigate any incidents promptly.
If parents have a concern or complaint to make about any aspect of the school, please discuss the matter with the class teacher in the first instance, or the Headteacher when appropriate.
We want to work with parents to find solutions to any difficulties. However, if you are not satisfied with the response, you are entitled to make a formal complaint, in writing, as detailed in our complaints procedure. More details are available from the Headteacher.
